<p>Ena Rajić, po struci psihologinja koja o ozbiljnim psihološkim i društvenim temama na svom YouTube kanalu priča na neozbiljan i neobičan način koristeći se <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoken_word" target="_blank" rel="noopener">spoken word poezijom</a>, satirom i <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_psychology" target="_blank" rel="noopener">obrnutom psihologijom</a>, obradila je ovu ozbiljnu temu BURNOUT SINDROMA. </p>



<p>Tako Ena nudi i savjete kako si odmoći i što poduzeti da izgoriš:</p>



<ol><li><strong>Zanemaruj vlastite potrebe kako bi zadovoljila potrebe posla</strong></li></ol>



<p>Zašto? Pa jer je posao važniji od zdravlja. Zdrav čovjek ima 1000 želja, a bolestan samo jednu&#8230; <em>JOŠ VIŠE POSLA.</em></p>



<p><strong>2. Povisi si kriterije</strong></p>



<p>Umjesto kriterija dovoljno je dobro, uvedi si novi &#8211; <em>SAVRŠENSTVO BEZ MANE.</em> Dokazano nepovoljno djeluje na psihu.</p>

<p><strong>3. Ne pretjeruj s tjelovježbom</strong> </p>



<p>Preporuča se vježbanje uvrh glave jednom godišnje ili svake prijestupne čisto da se organizam ne preforsira.</p>



<p><strong>4. Uneravnotežena prehrana</strong> </p>



<p>Treba jesti sranja jer si tako uštediš vrijeme koje bi inače iskoristio na odlazak u wc , a uštediš si toalet papir usput. <em>Kad se jedu sranja nema sranja. </em></p>



<p>5. Svakome i svemu treba se reći DA, osim jednome &#8211; POSTAVLJANJU GRANICA </p>
